摘要
采用加热消解处理样品,建立测定枇杷树不同部位Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cd、Cr、Fe、Mn、Al、Ti、K、Na、Ca和Mg 14种元素质量浓度的分析方法,采用ICP-AES测定样品中的微量元素。结果各种元素在其线性范围内线性关系良好,r在0.9994~0.9999之间,平均回收率在90.3%~96.7%之间,RSD<3%(n=6),符合微量分析要求。本法简便,结果准确,重现性好,ICP-AES可同时测定多种元素,方便快捷。
To establish a hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry to measure the content in different parts of mulberry by Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Cd, Cr, Fe, Mn, AI, Ti, K, Na, Ca, Mg fourteen trace elements with heat digestion. Concentrations of elements were determined by ICP-AES. Experimental results showed that linear relationship was good; r was between 0.9994 and 0.9999. Average recovery rate was between 90.3 % and 96.7 %, RSD was less than 3 %(n =6). The results met requirement of microanalysis. The method proved to be simple, convenient and precise and can be used for control of ICP-AES method is rapid, accurate and convenient, can be used to determine various trace elements.
