高校化学实验室建设与管理的探索

Exploration of Chemistry Laboratory Construction and Experimental System Management

随着高等教育的不断普及,高校化学实验人数的增加,化学实验室的建设与管理对高校的稳定和发展起着至关重要的作用。针对目前化学实验室建设的现状,讨论了目前高校化学实验室建设和管理中存在的问题。在完善各项规章制度、建立绿色化学实验室和开放型实验室、加强实验队伍建设和规范化学药品管理四个方面进行了探索。为提高教学质量,充分发挥实验室效能积累了经验,为人才培养和科学研究提供了重要支撑。

With the development of the higher education, increase in the number of the students studying chemistry, construction and management of chemistry laboratories play a vital role for stability and development of universities. Several problems existing in the construction and management of chemistry laboratories were discussed. Significant improvement can be achieved by optimizing rules and regulations; establishing green chemistry laboratories and opening laboratories; talent training for technicians and chemicals supervision. Though these measurements, valuable experience could be obtained, which could provide great function in the parts of talent cuhivation and scientific research.
