摘要
高分子材料成型加工原理是材料化学专业的必修课程,结合先期课程和就业需求,制定了将教学重点放在塑料的成型加工、橡胶加工、合成纤维的纺丝及加工三大部分的科学合理教学计划,在教学过程中充分利用多媒体教学手段,积极进行启发式教学,结合学生创新实验课题成立兴趣小组,这些措施的采取提高了学生的学习兴趣,调动了其学习主动性,提高了教学效果。
Molding and Processing of polymers is a professional required course of material chemistry. Combining the previously studied course and career requirements, we established a scientific and reasonable teaching plan emphasizing on the concepts of three major parts: molding and processing of plastics, rubber processing and spinning and processing of synthetic fibers. In the course of teaching, we should make full use of multimedia teaching methods, actively carry out heuristic teaching, and set up interest groups with the students' innovative experiment, the adoption of these measures improved the interest of students in learning, promoted the initiative study style and enhanced the teaching effect.
