摘要
以热带与南海资源发展为培养目标,结合食品微生物学教学实际情况,深入开展食品微生物学实验教学改革。以满足创新性、复合型人才培养的需求,对食品微生物学课程的教学内容、教学方法与手段、实验教学等方面进行了探索与实践。
Aiming at the development of tropical and South China Sea resources, teaching reform of food microbiology was carried out based on teaching reality. To meet the needs of innovative and compound-mode talent cultivation, the teaching reform was discussed on teaching courses content, teaching methods and media and experiment teaching.
