Design of a LED Driver for TRIAC Dimmer

摘要 设计了1款适用于可控硅调光器的LED驱动电源,采用两级拓扑,前级为AC-DC变换,实现功率因数校正和稳压,后级为DC/DC变换,实现LED恒流输出。针对可控硅调光过程中LED会出现闪烁、调光范围小等问题,设计了可控硅相角检测电路、有源泄放电路以及PWM调光信号等。最后设计了1台实验样机,验证了所提出的方案具有可行性。 A two-stage LED driver suitable for TRIAC dimmer was designed. The first stage AC-DC conversion was used to realize power factor correction and voltage regulator, and the second stage DC-DC conversion was used to realize constant current output. Aiming at the flicker and small dimming range in the dimmer process, the phase angle detection circuit and the bleeding circuit were designed, and PWM dimming signal was generated by the software. Finally, a LED prototype has been built and tested. The experimental results reveal that the proposed scheme was feasible.
