无溶剂热致转型制备多晶型无金属酞菁光导材料及性能研究 被引量:1

A New Solvent-Free Preparation Approach for Polymouphous Metal-Free Phthalocyanine Photoconductive Materials and Their Performances

摘要 研究了一种新型无溶剂法进行晶型转化以获得具有良好光敏性能的α及β型无金属酞菁(H_2Pc)的方法。以1,3-二亚氨基异吲哚啉缩合成环得到H_2Pc,经酸糊提纯后得到低结晶度的α-H_2Pc。通过对其热致转型温度的研究发现,190℃下保温2 h可以得到结晶度为100%的α-H_2Pc,而在高于275℃的温度下保温2 h则可以获得结晶度为95.04%的β-H_2Pc。对制备的2种晶型的H_2Pc的形貌进行了表征,可以观测到H_2Pc逐渐由不规则片层状结构生长为棒状结构。将其作为电荷产生材料制备有机光导体器件测试其光导性能,α-H_2Pc可获得0.609μJ·cm-2的光敏性而β-H_2Pc可获得0.420μJ·cm-2的光敏性。结果表明,建立的H_2Pc的晶型转化方法具有简便、环境友好、可连续制备α和β2种晶型产物,且光导性能优良的特点,可广泛应用于中高速激光有机光导体的制备。 In this paper, a new solvent-free crystal phase transformation approach for fabrication of α- and β-form metal-free phthalocyanine(H2Pc) with good performance is reported. The cyclic condensation of 1,3-diiminoisoindoline is used to fabricate H2Pc powder, which appears a-form with low crystallinity after purification paste. According to the effect of annealing temperature on the thermal phase transformation process, a-H2Pc with 100% crystallinity at 190℃ for 2 h is obtained. And β-HEPc with 95.04% crystallinity could be also obtained at 280℃ for 2 h. The morphology of H2Pc obtained in different conditions is studied, which is changed from irregular sheet structure to rodlike structure. Laser organic photocon-ductors doped H2Pc as the charge generation material are also prepared to detect the photoelectric per-formance. The a-H2Pc and β-H2Pc present the respectively. As a result, this new cry mental friendly. Here, a-H2Pc and β-tinuously, which could be widely used stal phase H2 Pc with good photosensitivity with 0. 609 and 0. 420 pJ·cm , transformation approach for H2Pc is simple and environ-good photoconductive properties could be obtained conmental friendly. Here, ot-n2Pc and fl-H2Pc with good photoconductive properties could be obtained continuously, which could be widely used in high speed laser organic photoconductor.
