2017年3月中国甲乙丙类传染病疫情概要

Summary of National Data of Class A,B and C Communicable Diseases in China,March 2017

2017年3月（2017年3月1日0时至3月31日24时），全国共报告法定传染病544132例，死亡1589例。其中，甲类传染病鼠疫、霍乱无发病、死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、白喉、脊髓灰质炎和人感染高致病性禽流感无发病、死亡报告，其余22种传染病共报告发病325791例，死亡1579例。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病以及细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的95％。

In March 2017 （from 0 a. m. 1 March to 24 p. m. 31 March）, a total of 544 132 cases of notifiable communicable diseases were reported in China, including 1 589 deaths. No cases and deaths of plague and cholera in class A were reported. No cases and deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome, diphtheria, poliomyelitis and human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in class B were reported. For remaining 22 communicable diseases in class B, 325 791 cases were reported, including 1 579 deaths. The first 5 diseases in term of case number were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea and bacterial or amoebic dysentery, accounting for 95% of the total cases in class B.
