摘要
以某SUV车型为分析对象,采用CFD和风洞试验相结合的方法,对车体尾部后扰流板角度调整方式、角度和断面结构调整对外气动性能产生的影响进行分析,并根据分析结果对后扰流板进行优化,优化的后扰流板断面几何结构和攻角的后扰流板装置可使整车风阻系数下降3%~5%,从而提高整车动力性和燃油经济性。
In this article, CFD and wind tunnel test methods were applied to analyze the influence of rear spoiler (angle adjustment mode, angle, sectional structure adjustment) on external aerodynamic performance of a SUV, and the rear spoiler was optimized according to the analysis results. The result shows that, vehicle air drag coefficient can be decreased by 3% to 5% after sectional geometry and angle of attack optimization, and thus vehicle's power performance and fuel economy were improved.
