疾病控制管理者对新入职公共卫生人员岗前培训评价的研究

A Study on the Evaluation of Pre Job Training for the New Public Health Workers by Disease Control Managers

目的了解疾病预防控制中心管理者对新入职公共卫生专业技术人员岗前培训现状的评价,分析岗前培训开展情况及问题,为进一步完善我国疾控工作岗前培训提供科学依据。方法对174名目标人群开展问卷调查。结果调查对象所在单位定期开展岗前培训的占55.4%,认为培训效果一般或没有效果的占73.8%,原因主要有缺乏培训教材、缺乏能够胜任的师资、培训设计不足、培训时间与工作冲突等。结论疾病预防控制工作岗前培训开展情况及效果不佳,需要结合各地实际情况,开展新入职公共卫生专业技术人员岗前培训需求调查,不断完善教材、师资等,探索建立需求导向的岗前培训制度设计。

Objective To investigate the evaluation of administrators of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention towards new public health professionals pre-employment training, to analysis the situation and problem of pre-employment training, and to provide scientific advice for improving the pre-employraent training in centers for disease control and prevention in China. Methods We conducted a survey with 174 respondents recruited. Results Only 55.4% of the respondents＇ centers conducted pre-employment training regularly. 73.8% of the respondents held the opinion that it was little effect of pre-employment training. The reasons are lack of dedicated books and standards of teachers for training, deficiencies in training design, and the conflicts of training time and work time, and so on, Conclusion The status and effect of pre-employment training in centers for disease control and prevention is not good. According to the practical situation in China, it is in need of conducting surveys of needs on pre-employment training for new public health professionals, improving training materials and professional teachers constantly and exploring ways to establish a demands- oriented pre-employment training.
