摘要
目的了解学生对TBL(team-based learning)认同度及满意度,为疼痛科教学提供参考。方法选择中国医科大学99期临床医学七年制的32名学生进行TBL教学,教学结束后对学生进行随堂测验并进行问卷调查。结果 (1)学生随堂检验成绩平均为78.5分;(2)84%以上的同学完全认同TBL教学法可以有效增强学生自主学习能力,有效促进学生团队协作能力;78%以上的同学完全认同TBL教学法可产生良好且有效的教学效果;(3)TBL教学方式也存在一定的局限性。结论TBL教学方式可以有效促进团队协作,培养自主学习观念,培养医学生特有的临床思维能力。
Objective To comprehend the degree of recognition and satisfaction of students about TBL teaching methods. Methods During the course of pain treatment, a quiz and questionnaire survey were conducted after the TBL teaching methods for 32 students in 99 phase of clinical medicine for seven years. Results (1) The average score of quiz was 78.5. (2) More than 84% of the students agreed completely to the effectiveness in improving students' capability of self-learning and team spirit, more than 78% of the students agreed that TBL teaching methods can generate great teaching efficiency. (3) TBL teaching also had some limitations. Conclusion TBL teaching methods can improve the notion of self-learning and team spirit of students, generate medical students' clinical thinking ability, and it is feasible in the curriculum of pain treatment.
