摘要
目的评价普外科护理实习中自我学习带教模式的应用效果。方法 2015年7月—2016年12月我院普外科共接收不同医学院分派的护理专业实习生68名,实习过程中采取传统带教的34名护理实习生作为对照组,运用自我学习带教的34名护理实习生视为观察组,将两组实习生理论知识与操作技巧考核评分作以比较。结果观察组护生理论知识与操作技巧考核得分分别为(86.8±3.5)分、(91.4±7.2)分,高于对照组(67.4±4.5)分、(71.6±6.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外科护理实习生实习过程中自我带教法所取得的教学成果优于传统带教法,相比传统带教法,自我学习带教法在调动学生学习积极性与主动性方面更具优势,是普外科护生理想的带教方法。
Objective To evaluate the general surgery nursing practice in self learning and application effect of teaching mode. Methods From July 2015 to December 2016, 68 the Department of general surgery in our hospital received nursing interns were selected, 34 nursing interns are taken in the process of traditional teaching as the control group, 34 nursing students using self learning teaching as the observation group, two groups of trainees on knowledge and skills assessment scores to compare. Results The observation group nursing students theoretical knowledge and skills assessment scores were (86.8±3.5), (91.4±7.2), higher than the control group (67.4±4.5), (71.6±6.9), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), Conclusion General surgery nursing interns internship in the process of self with the teaching achievement obtained under sharia law is superior to the traditional teaching methods, compared with traditional teaching methods, self learning with teaching more advantage in to mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, general surgery is the ideal teaching methods of nursing students.
