浅谈护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养模式

An Exploration About the Training Model of Master of Nursing Specialist

随着社会的进步,人的健康意识的增强,以及医疗技术日新月异的发展,迫切需要培养高层次、高素质的护士承担更复杂的护理角色,而护理硕士专业学位研究生可以满足这一要求,为此,我校积极申报护理硕士专业学位授权点,并于2014年获得招生资格。经过几年的发展,初步形成了一套完整的培养模式,本文主要从从培养目标与课程设置、研究方向与培养流程、核心能力培养(包括临床护理能力、科研能力、护理管理能力、护理教育能力等)、师资队伍建设等方面进行阐述,以期促进与兄弟院校的相互交流和借鉴,共同学习、进步,共同提高护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养水平。

The comprehensive medical examination of the five year clinical medicine in our university is closely related to the national examination outline and the practice of our college, the summary ofthe examination time and the subject, the examination proposition and the examination method, the examination result and the feedback, we analyze and solve the problems in the examination organization. Finally, it forms a comprehensive medical examination system with the characteristics of our university, and puts forward the existing problems and shortcomings.
