90后口腔医学本科生就业心理分析及对策研究

Analyses and Countermeasures of the Employment Psychological Problems of the Post-90s Undergraduates in Stomatology

为了帮助90后口腔医学本科生解决就业过程中产生的心理问题,本文通过定量问卷调查和定性访谈相结合的方法,针对90后大学生的时代特点及他们关注的就业问题,分析其就业心理问题产生的主要原因,从社会、学校、家庭和自身等4个方面探讨相应的对策。

With an aim to solve the employment psychological problems of the post-90s undergraduates in stomatology, this paper focuses on the analyses of the main causes of psychological problems in job-hunting by means of questionnaires and interviews, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of society, school, family and the students per self.
