CT诊断术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的临床价值

Clinical Value of CT in Diagnosis of Colon Cancer and Recurrence of Colon Cancer After Operation

目的探讨分析术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发中采用CT诊断的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2012年10月—2015年3月在我院就诊的183例结肠癌及结肠癌复发患者(均经过临床检查或手术证实),采用多排螺旋CT诊断所有患者术前病理分期以及术后复发等情况。结果术前CT扫描结肠癌患者121例,其中TNMⅠ期33例,Ⅱ期55例,Ⅲ期22例,Ⅳ期11例,诊断符合率分别是89.1%、87.3%、100.0%、100.0%。62例结肠癌复发患者通过CT扫描显示TNMⅠ期7例,Ⅱ期11例,Ⅲ期26例,Ⅳ期18例,诊断符合率分别是53.8%、68.8%、100.0%、100.0%。结论 CT诊断在术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发中都具有较高的临床应用价值,可为结肠癌术前临床分期以及监测术后复发情况提供科学依据,便于医师制定合理的治疗方案。

Objective To study the analysis of preoperative colon cancer and postoperative using the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of colon cancer recurrence. Methods 183 cases of patients with colon cancer and colon cancer recurrence （confirmed by clinical examination） from October 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital were chosen, the multiple row helical CT scan to detect all patients with preoperative pathological staging and postoperative recurrence, and so on and so forth. Results Preoperative CT scan in 121 patients with colon cancer, including TNM stage I in 33 cases, in stage II in 55 cases, stage Ili in 22 cases, and in stage IV in 11 cases, the diagnostic accordance rate was 89.1%, 87.3%, 100.0%, and 100.0%, respectively. 62 cases of colon cancer recurrence by CT scan showed TNM phase I in 7 cases, stage II in 11 cases, stage III in 26 cases, stage lV in 18 cases, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 53.8%, 68.8%, 100.0%, 100.0%. Coneluslon CT diagnosis of colon cancer in preoperative and postoperative recurrence of colorectal cancer node has higher clinical application value, can provide scientific basis for colon cancer preoperative clinical staging and monitoring postoperative recurrence, treatment convenient for doctors to make reasonable.
