目的探讨导致牙周病的相关因素。方法 50例牙周病患者作为观察组,按1∶1比例选择50例无牙周病人群作为对照组,比较年龄、性别、接受教育时间、经济状况、吸烟饮酒、牙周疾病知识、定期口腔检查、精神压力、营养不良等相关因素上的差异。结果单因素检验显示观察组男性、年龄、吸烟、缺少牙周疾病知识、精神压力、糖尿病高于对照组的;接受教育时间、月收入、定期口腔检查低于对照组(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析影响牙周病危险因素:年龄大(OR=4.18)、缺少牙周病知识(OR=3.89)、吸烟(OR=3.33)、糖尿病(OR=2.87)。结论牙周炎临床常见病,其发生发展是多因素作为的结果,应实施针对性措施减少避免牙周炎的发生。

Objective To explore the related factors of periodontal disease. Methods 50 cases of periodontal disease patients as the observation group, according to the ratio of 1 ： 1 and 50 cases without periodontal disease as control group, comparison of age and sex, education time,economic status, smoking and drinking, periodontal disease knowledge, regular oral examination, mental stress, malnutrition and other related factors on the difference. Results Single factor test showed that the observation group of male, age, smoking, lack of periodontal disease knowledge, mental pressure, diabetes is higher than that of control group; education time, monthly income, regular oral examination is lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. logistic regression analysis of risk factors of periodontal disease, the age （OR=4.18）, lack of periodontal disease knowledge （OR=3.89）, smoking （OR=3.33）, diabetes （OR=2.87）. Conclusion Periodontitis clinical common disease, its occurrence and development is a multi factor and as a result, should be the implementation of specific measures to reduce and avoid the occurrence of periodontitis.
