动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Cerebrovascular Spasm After Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

目的观察法舒地尔联合尼莫地平治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的疗效。方法随机抽取2016年2月—2017年2月我院收治的动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(a SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)患者90例,分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。对照组患者进行尼莫地平治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上进行法舒地尔联合治疗。对比观察、对照两组患者的治疗效果以及临床症状(脑膜刺激征、呕吐、头痛)缓解情况。结果相对于对照组的治疗效果以及临床症状(脑膜刺激征、呕吐、头痛)缓解情况,观察组的较优,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论法舒地尔联合尼莫地平治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛取得了显著的临床疗效,患者的症状有了明显的缓解。

Objective To observe the effect of fasudil combined with nimodipine in the treatment of cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods A total of 90 patients with aneurysmal subaraehnoid hemorrhage （aSAH） with cerebral vasospasm （CVS） treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group （n=45） and the control group （n=45）. The control group was treated with nimodipine treatment, patients in study group were treated with fasudil combined treatment in the control group patients based on. The therapeutic effects and clinical symptoms （meningeal irritation, vomiting and headache） of the two groups were compared and observed, Results Compared with the control group＇s treatment effect and clinical symptoms （meningeal irritation sign, vomiting and headache） remission, the observation group was better, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Achieved significant clinical curative effect of cerebral vasospasm fasudil combined with nimodipine in the treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, the symptoms of the patients with obvious remission.
