微创穿刺血肿引流术和小骨窗血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Minimally Invasive Puncture Drainage and Small Bone Window Hematoma Removal in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨微创穿刺血肿引流术和小骨窗血肿清除术在高血压脑出血中的治疗效果。方法以2014年1月—2016年1月我院120例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,A组(60例)采取微创穿刺血肿引流术,B组(60例)采取小骨窗血肿清除术,比较两组治疗效果。结果 A组治疗总有效率为93.3%,死亡率为6.7%,B组总有效率为91.7%,死亡率为8.3%,组间疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均明显低于治疗前,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组并发症发生率为8.3%,B组并发症发生率为23.3%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创穿刺血肿引流术和小骨窗血肿清除术均可较好的控制高血压脑出血。

Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive puncture drainage and smaJl bone window hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 120 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the research object from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups. Group A （60 cases） was treated by minimally invasive puncture drainage, and group B （60 cases） was treated by small bone window hematoma. Treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of group A was 93.3%, and the mortality rate was about 6.7%. The total effective rate of group B was 91.7%, and the mortality rate was about 8.3%,There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The neurological deficit scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The complication rate of group A was 8.3%, the conlplication rate of group B was 23.3%, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive puncture drainage and small bone window hematoma removal can be used to control hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
