前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效分析

Efficacy of Alprostadil Combined With Benazepril in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy With Proteinuria

目的探讨前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月本院收治的68例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采用贝那普利治疗,观察组采用前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗,观察两组患者蛋白尿改善效果,并监测两组患者治疗期间不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组(76.47%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(8.82%)与对照组(14.71%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者采用前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗可有效改善蛋白尿症状,临床疗效较好,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with proteinuria. Methods Sixty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy were enrolled in this study from January 2015 to December 2016. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with benazepril and the observation group was treated with alprostadil and benazepril. The improvement of proteinuria in the two groups was observed and the adverse reactions were observed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 94.12% in the observation group, which was higher than that in the control group （76.47%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the observation group （8.82%） and the control group （14.71%） （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy with benazepril combined with benazepril can improve the symptoms of proteinuria, the clinical effect is better, and the safety is higher.
