疏理肝胆调补脾胃为主治疗胆汁反流性胃炎

The Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis by the Treatment of Liver and Gallbladder

目的观察疏理肝胆调补脾胃法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法选择2016年2月—2017年1月我院李维民全国名老中医药传承工作室接收的胆汁反流性胃炎患者46例作为研究对象,随机划入观察组和对照组各23例,分别接受中医疏理肝胆调补脾胃法分型辨证治疗与铝碳酸镁-多潘立酮治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,反流总时间、最长反流时间、反流次数少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论疏理肝胆调补脾胃法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of bile reflux gastritis by the treatment of liver and gallbladder. Methods Li Weimin old name of the old Chinese medicine heritage studio 46 patients with bile reflux gastritis received in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n=23）. The patients were treated with Chinese medicine, given dialectical treatment and aluminum magnesium carbonate - domperidone treatment, compared the two groups of patients with treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the total time of reflux, the longest reflux time and the number of reflux were less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of bile reflux gastritis is obvious.
