浅谈中医针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床治疗效果

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Gouty Arthritis With Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的研究中医针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年4月—2016年4月来我院治疗的痛风性关节炎患者158例,按照随机分组原则将其分成试验组和对照组,每组患者79例,试验组患者采用中医针灸治疗,对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,治疗周期为一个月,对比试验组和对照组患者在1~10天、11~20天和21~30天患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者采用中医针灸治疗10天之后,临床症状明显得到改善,治疗效果显著优于对照组。试验组患者治疗总有效率为98.7%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为77.2%,试验组和对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合中医针灸的治疗效果和安全性,我们得出中医针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的效果显著,多数患者能够在短时间内见到治疗效果,并且不用服药,对肝肾不会造成损伤。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on gouty arthritis. Methods A total of 158 patients with gouty arthritis who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of randomization. 79 patients in each group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, the control group of patients using conventional drugs treatment, treatment cycle for a month, compared to the experimental group and the control group of patients in 1 to 10 days, 11 to 20 days and 21 to 30 days of the patient＇s treatment effect. Results After 10 days of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved and the treatment effect was significantly better than that of the control group. The total effective rate was 98.7% in the treatment group and 77.2% in the control group. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive consideration of the therapeutic effect and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion, we concluded that traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment of gouty arthritis＇effect is significant, most patients can see the treatment effect in a short time, and without medication, liver and kidney will not cause damage.
