艾迪注射液对51例老年肿瘤放化疗患者的疗效观察

Effect of Aidi Injection on 51 Cases of Elderly Patients with Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

目的探讨艾迪注射液在老年肿瘤放化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院放疗科收治的102例恶性实体瘤患者,随机划分成两组。对照组结合其病理类型以及肿瘤类型,给予常规放化疗;观察组接受常规放化疗和艾迪注射液。观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果和生活质量改善情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率88.2%,高于对照组的70.6%(P<0.05),且患者生活质量的改善率82.4%,优于对照组的62.8%(P<0.05)。结论对于老年恶性肿瘤放化疗患者提供艾迪注射液治疗,可以有效地减轻放化疗所引起的毒副作用,提升治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,延长患者的生存时间。

Objective In order to investigate that the effect of Aidi injection on 51 cases of elderly patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods 102 patients of malignant tumor were selected from our hospital radiotherapy, and randomly divided into two groups. In the control group swollen, combined with its pathological type and tumor type, given conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The observation group received routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy and Aidi injection. The therapeutic effect and quality of life improvement were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （70.6%） （P〈0.05）, and the improvement rate of the quality of life was 82.4%, which was significantly better than that of the control group （62.8%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy to provide Aidi injection treatment, can effectively reduce the radiotherapy and chemotherapy caused by side effects, improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients, to extend the survival time of patients.
