补气生肌汤对肛瘘术后创面疼痛及愈合的影响

The Effect of Buqi Shengji Decoction on Wound Pain and Healing After Archosyrinx Operation

目的观察补气生肌汤对肛瘘术后创面疼痛及愈合的影响。方法纳入病例为2015年6月—2016年6月于我院治疗的肛瘘患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组予给予康复新液治疗,观察组给予补气生肌汤治疗。观察比较两组术后3 d、7 d、10 d、20 d术后创面疼痛评分及愈合率。结果观察组在术后3 d、7 d、10 d创面疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后20 d,两组创面疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组创面愈合率在术后3 d差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后7 d、10 d、20 d创面愈合率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论肛瘘术后采用补气生肌汤治疗,可有效缓解疼痛、促进创面愈合。

Objective To observe the effect of Buqi shengji decoction on wound pain and healing after archosyrinx operation. Methods The subjects of this study selected 98 cases of archosyrinx patients admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, who were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each. The control group was treated with Kangfuxin solution while the observation group was given Buqi shengji decoction. Indexes of 3 d, 7 d, 10 d, and 20 d wound pain scores and healing rates after operation in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The postoperative 3 d, 7 d and 10 d wound pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The 20 d wound pain scores after operation were no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）, and neither were the 3 d wound healing rates after operation between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）, but the 7 d, 10 d, and 20 d wound healing rates after operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Buqi shengji decoction treatment after archosyrinx operation can effectively relieve pain and accelerate wound healing.
