针灸联合康复训练在脑中风后遗症康复治疗中的应用价值

The Value of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined With Rehabilitation Training in the Rehabilitation of Stroke Sequelae

目的探索针灸联合康复训练在脑中风后遗症康复治疗中的应用价值。方法选取来我院就诊的脑中风后遗症患者100例(2015年2月22日—2017年1月30日)作为本次研究的对象,通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法将其分为两组,分别给予普通物理治疗、针灸联合康复训练治疗,探究两组患者脑神经缺损评分、生活能力评分的差异性。结果观察组患者的脑神经缺损评分为(8.21±1.24)分,生活能力评分为(72.66±20.24)分,其结果与对照组患者的结果 [脑神经缺损评分(14.24±1.69)分、生活能力评分(50.24±14.55)分]相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合康复训练在脑中风后遗症康复治疗中具有一定的应用价值,可有效改善患者的脑神经缺损情况,提高患者的生活能力,效果较佳。

Objective To explore the application value of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of stroke sequelae. Methods A total of 100 patients with stroke sequelae （February 22, 2015 to January 30, 2017） were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into two groups by dynamic randomized single and double number grouping. Respectively given general physical therapy, acupuncture combined rehabilitation training and treatment, to explore the two groups of patients with cranial nerve injury score, life ability score differences. Results The neurological deficit score of the observation group was （8.21±1.24） and the score of living ability was （72.66±20.24）. The results were compared with those in the control group [neurological deficit score （14.24±1.69） score, life ability score （50.24±14.55）], the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke sequelae has a certain value, can effectively improve the patient＇s brain defects, improve the ability of patients with life, the effect is better.
