2型糖尿病患者应用临床护理路径的可行性研究

Study on the Feasibility of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的研究2型糖尿病患者应用临床护理路径的可行性。方法收取我院100例2型糖尿病患者,并将2型糖尿病患者分为两组,收取时间为2014年5月—2015年7月,观察组患者使用临床护理路径,对照组患者采用常规护理路径。结果观察组2型糖尿病患者低血糖知识评分(80.27±1.56)分、健康知识评分(83.45±2.11)分、满意程度评分(90.16±1.79)分高于对照组2型糖尿病患者(P<0.05)。结论给予2型糖尿病患者采用临床护理路径,能有效提高低血糖知识、健康知识、满意程度评分,促进患者较快恢复。

Objective To study the feasibility of applying clinical nursing pathway in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes meUitus were recruited from May 2014 to July 2015 and were divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group were treated with routine nursing care and the control group used nursing pathway. Results In observation group, patients with type 2 diabetes knowledge score （80.27±1.56）, health knowledge score （83.45±2.11） and satisfaction score （90.16 ± 1.79） in type 2 diabetic patients, were higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathways of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the knowledge of hypoglycemia, the knowledge of health, the score of satisfaction, promote the rapid recovery of patients.
