摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在耳鼻喉手术患者中的价值。方法收集我院耳鼻喉手术患者,手术类型为扁桃腺摘除手术,中耳手术,声带息肉,鼻内镜手术等。随机分为研究组和对照组。对比研究组和对照组对护士护理满意度及术后疼痛评分。结果研究组和对照组对护士护理满意度及术后疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过人性化护理,可以改善耳鼻喉手术患者护理满意度,减轻术后疼痛。
Objective To study the value of humanized nursing in ent surgery patients. Methods To collect the hospital ent surgery patients, types of tonsil excision surgery, the middle ear surgery, vocal cord polyp and nasal endoscopic surgery, etc. They were randomly divided into study group and control group. Nursing satisfaction and postoperative pain score of the study group and control group were copared. Results There was a significant difference between the study group and the control group in nursing satisfaction and postoperative pain score (P〈0.05). Conclusion Through humanistic nursing, can improve the satisfaction of patients with nasal and nasal surgery, reduce postoperative pain.
