舒适护理对于消化内镜诊疗患者的负性情绪及舒适度的影响

Effect of Comfort Nursing on Negative Emotions and Comfort of Patients With Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

目的研究舒适护理对于消化内镜诊疗患者的负性情绪和舒适度的影响。方法搜集进行消化内镜诊疗的患者92例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施舒适护理,比较两组患者负性情绪及舒适度。结果实验组焦虑程度轻于对照组,舒适度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论舒适护理应用消化内镜诊疗患者中,能够明显改善患者的焦虑等负性情绪,提高患者的舒适度。

Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing on negative emotions and comfort in patients undergoing endoscopic treatment. Methods 92 patients with digestive endoscopic treatment were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The patients in the experimental group were treated with comfort and the negative emotions and comfort were compared between the two groups. Results The anxiety level of the experimental group was significantly lighter than that of the control group, the comfort was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing patients with digestive endoscopic treatment can significantly improve the patient＇s anxiety and other negative emotions, improve patient comfort.
