摘要
目的研究评判性思维在手术室术前访视中的应用。方法选取本胸外科组2016年1—10月收治的食道癌手术患者98例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组49例。对照组患者给予一般的术前访视,实验组患者巡回护士术前一天进行访视,运用评判性思维给予详细的术前评估,然后根据评估结果组织主刀医生、麻醉师、病房责任护士以及手术室胸外科组组长一起研究讨论,从而拟定合理的围手术期护理计划。观察两组患者对手术室护理工作的满意度以及围手术期护理并发症的发生情况。结果实验组患者对手术室护理工作的满意度高于对照组且围手术期护理并发症的发生率明显降低。结论手术前巡回护士访视患者时如能充分运用评判性思维进行合理正确的术前访视比一般的、流于形式的术前访视更为重要,能够提高患者的满意度及减少围手术期护理并发症的发生,并能增强患者信心积极配合治疗,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To study the application of critical thinking in the operating room preoperative visit. Methods From January to Dctober 2016, selecting the thoracic surgery of 98 cases of esophageal cancer surgery patients, randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 49 cases in each group. Control group patients given general preoperative visits, the experimental group patients visiting nurse preoperative to visit a day, using the critical mind giving detailed preoperative evaluation, then according to the results of the assessment organization the surgeon, anesthesiologist, thoracic surgery ward nurse as well as the operating room team leader discussed together, so as to formulate rational perioperative nursing care plan. Observed two groups of patients in the operating room nursing job satisfaction and perioperative nursing complications. Results The experimental group patients on the operating room nursing job satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group and significantly lower incidence of perioperative nursing complications. Conclusion Before the operation when the nurse visits patients can fully use critical thinking to reasonable correct preoperative visits is more important than the general and mere formality of preoperative visit. It can improve the patients' satisfaction and reduce complications, perioperative nursing and the patients' confidence to actively cooperate with treatment, has high clinical value.
