摘要 为了研究复杂地质条件下综采工作面旋采技术,以某矿12124综采工作面为工程背景,采用虚心旋采方法,调斜比例设计为1∶3,带式输送机进行转弯改造,进行了复杂地质条件下旋采角度为18°、旋转距离为22.608 m的工业试验。在旋采过程中对巷道和工作面矿压进行监测,旋采效果令人满意。 To study the technology of rotary mining at fully mechanized working face under complex geological conditions, taking 12124 fully mechanized working face of a mine as the engineering background, adopted virtual rotary mining method, and designed the skew ratio which was 1:3. Further, the belt conveyor was modified to turn a corner. Based on this, an industrial test was carried out under the conditions that the rotary angle was 18° and the rotary distance was 22.068 m. During the mining process, mining pressure of the roadways and working face were monitored by corresponding equipments. The result of rotary mining is very satisfactory.
