底板巨厚灰岩含水层上段注浆改造技术 被引量:8

Grouting Transformation Technology at Upside of Great Thickness Limestone Aquifer in Floors

摘要 为了避免因底板隔水层厚度不足而在回采过程中发生奥灰突水,采用黏土水泥混合注浆材料,高注浆压力条件下,按照平均孔距40 m,异常区段加密布孔,钻孔进入奥灰30~50 m等原则,在加固煤层底板隔水层的同时,重点改造了奥灰含水层顶段,增加了有效隔水层厚度,也提高了底板隔水层的隔水强度,最终实现了孟津煤矿12011工作面的安全回采。 In order to avoid water inrush during mining caused by the less thickness of aquiclude in the floor, the aquiclude had been reinforced in floor while top of the Ordovician limestone aquifer had been transformed. Thus, the thickness of valid aquiclude was increased and the strength of aquiclude had also been improved in the principles of mixture grouting materials of clay and cement, grouting in high water pressure, the distance between two holesis 40 m, drilling more holes in abnormal area and the depth of the hole enter into Ordovician limestone aquifer are from 30 m to 50 m. Finally, safety mining had been realized at 12011 working face in Mengjin coalmine.
