摘要 矿井提升机工况复杂,提升外载荷发生变化,掌握提升过程中主轴装置的变形趋势和应力分布规律至关重要。以单卷筒缠绕式提升机为研究对象,将UG和ANSYS Workbench相结合,建立了主轴装置有限元模型并确定了网格划分和边界载荷条件,进行提升过程中的瞬态动力学分析,获得了主轴装置在变载荷下的应力云图和变形云图。 Because of the complex working condition and variable external load of the mine hoist, it is very important to master the deformation trend and stress distribution of the main shaft device in the process of lifting. With the single drum winding hoist as the research subject and the combination of UG and ANSYS Workbench, the finite element model of the spindle device is established and the condition of grid division and boundary load is determined. The transient dynamic analysis of the spindle device under variable load is carried out, which obtains the stress cloud and deformation cloud of the main shaft device.
