摘要
介绍了钢丝绳有限元模型的建模过程,并联合运用Solid Works、ANSYS和Recur Dyn软件建立了多绳摩擦式矿井提升机虚拟样机模型,分析了提升机在重载提升和下放工况中,恒减速制动时钢丝绳的动力学特性;并在不同减速度工况下,对提升钢丝绳的张力进行了分析。
Introduced the modeling process of wire rope's finite element model in detail ,completed the virtual prototype model of multi-rope friction mine hoist with the analysis software about SolidWorks, ANSYS and ReeurDyn,and analysis wire rope dynamic characteristics in different cases of lifting and falling when emergency braking of constant-deceleration. Then, analyzed the hoisting rope tension under different work conditions about deceleration.
