摘要 针对传统矿用通风机直接启动方式控制效率低和控制性能差等问题,设计了一种矿用通风机直接转矩控制系统。该控制系统采用转速外环、转矩内环的双闭环控制,实现通风机风量的有效调节。运用TI公司TMS320F2812型号的数字信号处理器作为系统的核心控制器,介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件实施流程。最后通过实验平台验证了所提控制系统的可行性和有效性。 Aiming at the problems of low control efficiency and poor control performance for direct starting mode of traditional mine fan, a direct torque control system of mine fan is designed. The control system adopts double closed loop control which is composed of speed outer ring and torque inner loop , it realizes effective regulation of the air quantity of fan. Using digital signal processor of TMS320F2812 model of TI company as the core controller of the system, the hardware design and software implementation process of the system are introduced. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control system are verified by the experimental platform.
