摘要
微波加热条件下对2种低变质煤进行热解实验研究。研究了微波功率、微波时间、煤样粒径对煤的热解的影响,结果表明:微波功率800 W及微波时间30 min时,2种煤微波热解热解油的收率分别为15.45%和14.10%,2种煤的煤气中氢气含量均在40%以上。
Mainly studies pyrolysis characteristic in the different heating of microwave of Shanbei low metamorphic coal, which was focused on the effects of particle sizes, pyrolysis reaction time, microwave powers. The product are analyzed by Gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS), etc. The results showed that when heating time is 30 min and 800 W, yield of tar is about 15.45% and 14.10%, content of H2 is 40% .
