摘要
采用批式发酵工艺,探讨煤在发酵罐中的产气过程,同时对煤样进行分析。实验结果表明:发酵罐试验以温度33℃、p H中性偏微酸环境最有利于产气;5 L发酵罐实验中,气体总产出量为35.22 L,甲烷产出量14.47 L;p H变化微弱,挥发性脂肪酸含量先增后减再增最后趋于平稳;煤粉前后分析质量减少975 g,消耗率27.3%,孔隙度、渗透率增高,煤中的官能团松散,芳香碳层面、键距增加,促进了气体的解吸。
Using batch fermentation to explore the process of coal gas production in the fermentation tank, while analyzing the coal samples. The sample experimental results showed that: Fermentation tests, temperature 33 ℃ and pH neutral acidic environment are most conducive to gas production; in the fermentation test of 5 L, the total gas production was 35.22 L, the output of CH4 was 14.47 L, the variation of pH was faint, the content of volatile fatty acid was firstly up and downward later, then upward again and finally changed to be steady; the quality of pulverized coal has a decrease of 975 g before and after experiment, and the consumption rate was 27.3%, meanwhile, the porosity and permeability have increased for the reason that the loosen of functional groups, the increase of aromatic carbon levels and the increase of spacing between aromatic carbon bonds promoted the desorption of gas.
