钻井时溢流现象时有发生。若对溢流处理不及时或措施不当,严重时会造成井喷失控的重大事故。及时发现溢流前兆信号是井控技术的关键,也是预防井喷事故的关键。详细分析了溢流的前兆信号,阐述了如何通过钻井参数分析来快速识别溢流前兆信号,从而帮助操作者迅速实现井控,防止事故发生。
The overflow is sometimes encountered when drilling. If not delectated and deal with the overflow in time, it will lead to lose control of blowout, early detection of the overflow, and rapidly take the right measures, is the key to prevent and control the overflow and blowout accident. Elaborated how to through the analysis of the drilling parameters correctly and quickly identify overflow signals and effective judgment in system, so as to assist the drilling operator to control well quickly, and preventing accidents.
