摘要
以双压力角非对称细高齿齿轮为研究对象,首先建立了齿轮参数设计的模型方法,采用ANSYS对齿轮啮合的综合应力和接触应力进行仿真。结果显示,双压力角非对称细高齿主动轮的综合应力峰值出现在中间齿的根部,从动轮应力峰值为主动轮的1.7倍;双压力角非对称细高齿轮的接触应力最大值出现在曲率半径最小的位置,当齿轮重合度小于2.4时,局部应力峰值急剧增加,接触应力的峰值出现在齿面中部的位置。
Asymmetric double pressure angles of fine high gear as the research object. First create a model approach gear design parameters, using ANSYS stresses and contact stress on the consolidated gear mesh simulation. The results showed that the asymmetric synthesis of fine tooth high peak stress capstan in the middle of the tooth root for tooth root bending stress, the peak stress of driving wheel driven wheel 1.7 times; contact stress asymmetric maximum fine high gear in the position of the minimum radius of curvature, when the gear contact ratio less than 2.4, the sharp increase in local stress peaks, peak contact stress in the middle position of the tooth.
