轧辊铸锭的温度场计算机数值模拟

摘要 基于轧辊铸锭传热机理,建立了轧辊铸锭过程的物理模型。并对所建立物理模型进行数学描述,建立了温度场的三维数学模型。通过实验得到铸锭过程的温度场分布实测值,通过对比确定模拟结果的准确性及精度范围。针对不同材料的大型轧辊的温度场进行模拟,得到了不同材料冷却过程的温度场分布云图,以及表面涂料对冷却过程的影响。通过模拟和实验的对比分析,改进并优化模型,得到更优的模型和模拟方案。 Based on the mechanism of heat transfer of roll casting, a physical model of roll casting process is built. Through the mathematical description of the established physical model, a three- dimensional mathematical model of temperature field was established. Get the temperature of the measured values and the accuracy and precision of range is determined by comparing the simulation results. In addition, also get the temperature distribution of the cooling process and the effect of surface coatings of such cooling process by simulate the temperature field for different materials of large-scale roll, by comparing the simulation and experimental analysis, improve and optimize the model, then can get a better model and simulation scheme.
