摘要
东北师范大学不断完善"U-G-S"教师教育协同培养新机制。教师教育创新实验区建设不断深化,实现由"东北区域运行"走向"全国布局规划"、由"量的增长"转向"质的提升"、由"U-G-S"迈向与"U-G-E"共生;师范生教育实习模式优化,基础实习与应用实习结合、本科实习与硕士实习联合;在职中小学教师培训多样化,"同课异构"扎根课堂、"双向挂职"优势互补、"名师工作坊"引领发展;教师教学学术课题研究常态化,研究问题源于基础教育实践、研究过程结合基础教育实践、研究成果服务基础教育实践;教师教育数字资源建设特色化,建设"互联网+‘U-G-S’"教师教育者专业发展平台、建设"大中小学课堂对接"基础教育资源服务平台、建设"创意青葱课"师范生专业成长交流展示平台。
Northeast Normal University has been continuously perfecting "University-Government-School" (U-G-S) education model. The construction of innovative and experimental area for teacher education has been deepened constantly, achieving the goal of operating the model throughout the country instead of in northeast China, turning to promoting quality instead of increasing quantity, constructing both "U-G-S" and "University-Government-Enterprise" (U-G-E) cooperation model instead of "U-G-S" separately; optimizing normal major students" educational practice model, combining basic practice and industrial practice, undergraduate practice and postgraduate practice; diversifying trainings for primary and secondary school teachers, such as designing heterogeneous class, making teachers in basic and higher education benefited from being mutual guest instructors, holding famous teacher workshops to lead the change; researching on teaching and learning, raising questions from basic education practice, combining research process with basic education practice, and making research findings serve basic education practice; building characteristic teacher education resources, for example, building Internet + "U-G-S" teacher professional developmental resources, building digital resources of excellent classes in primary and secondary schools and universities to serve basic education, and building communication platforms for normal major students to design classes innovatively.
