北京市密云区性病门诊男性就诊者监测结果分析

Surveillance results of male outpatients in STD clinics in Miyun District of Beijing

目的分析北京市密云区性病门诊15岁以上男性就诊者监测结果,为有关部门制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法对密云区两家艾滋病监测哨点医院性病门诊男性就诊者进行问卷调查并采集血液进行检测,收集数据结果进行统计分析。结果 2010-2014年共监测北京市密云区性病门诊男性就诊者1 046人,年龄以20~59岁为主(93.79%)。艾滋病知识知晓率为37.19%,且卡方趋势检验发现呈逐年下降的趋势(χ~2=4.20,P=0.04);各年份间有非婚性伴的人数比例在逐年下降(χ~2=33.62,P<0.01),与非婚性伴发生性行为时,从未用过安全套的比例为37.48%,呈逐年下降趋势(χ~2=14.62,P<0.01);五年间淋病、尖锐湿疣检出率呈下降趋势(χ~2=16.32、16.37,P<0.01)。外省流动人口性病检出率高于本地户籍人群(χ~2=7.68,P<0.01),且卡方趋势检验提示本地户籍男性就诊者性病检出率呈逐年下降趋势(χ~2=21.99,P<0.01)。2010-2014年共检出艾滋病病毒抗体阳性4例,阳性检出率为0.38%。结论有关部门应加大艾滋病知识的宣传教育力度,提高人群艾滋病知识知晓率,同时加强对外省流动人口性病的筛查及相关知识的宣传工作。

Objective To analyze the monitoring results of male outpatients aged 15 years and above in STD clinics in Miyun District of Beijing so as to provide a scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate related policies. Methods Question- naire surveys were conducted among male outpatients of STD clinics in two AIDS sentinel hospitals in Miyun District, and their ve- nous blood samples were collected to test HIV. And the result data were collected and staitistically analyzed. Results A total of 1,046 male outpatients were monitored in STD clinics of Miyun District, Beijing from 2010 to 2014, and most of the outpatients （ 93.79% ） were people aged 20-59 years. The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 37.19% ; moreover, chi-square test for trend showed there was a downward trend year by year （x2= 4. 20, P = 0.04）. The ratio of the outpatients with unmarried sex partners was declined annually among different years （x2= 33.62, P〈0.01 } , and the ratio of the outpatients who had never used condoms during unmarried sexual behavior was 37.48%, showing a downward tendency year by year （x2 = 14.62, P〈0.01）. The detection rates of gonorrhoea and condyloma acuminatum showed a declining tendency among the five years （x2= 16. 32, x2= 16. 37, P〈0.01 ）. The STD detection rate of floating population from other provinces was higher than that of local residents （x2 = 7.68, P〈0.01 ） ; moreover, chi-square test for trend revealed that the STD detection rates of local male outpatients showed a decli- ning trend year by year （x2 =21.99, P〈0.01 ）. A total of 4 HIV-positive outpatients were detected during 2010-2014, and the positive rate of detection was 0.38%. Conclusions The relevant departments should strengthen the publicity and education a- bout AIDS-related knowledge, improve the residents＇ awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge, and simultaneously intensify STD screening and publicity concerning STD-related knowledge among floating population.
