摘要 介绍了甲烷催化裂解的反应机理,比较了催化剂3种再生方法,系统地阐述了催化剂组分和制备方法对甲烷催化裂解的影响,讨论了镍基催化剂催化产生碳纳米管的机理,列举了碳纳米管的应用。并结合现状提出了甲烷裂解制氢及碳纳米管在反应中存在的问题及应用前景。 This paper introduces the reaction mechanism of methane catalytic cracking,compares three catalyst regenerative methods,and systematically presents the influences of the components and preparation methods of catalyst on the performance of methane catalytic cracking. Then the mechanism using nickel-based catalyst to catalytically produce carbon nanotubes are discussed,and the applications of carbon nanotubes are listed. Furthermore combing with current situation,the existing problems in the reactions of methane catalytic cracking to make hydrogen and carbon nanotubes are pointed out,and the applications are proposed as well.
