摘要
简要介绍了段塞流捕集器的结构及分类,通过巴基斯坦LPG项目实例,描述了在国内外段塞流捕集基础上,优化管式段塞流捕集器的设计形式;通过ANSYS分析储液段鞍座支撑受力,攻克了设计鞍座型式这一难点。
This paper briefly introduces the structure and classification of slug catcher. Taking Pakistan LPG project as example,the optimal design formation of tubular slug catcher is described on the basis of slug catcher structure designs at home and abroad. The supporting forces on the saddles in the liquid storage section have been analyzed through ANSYS,overcoming the difficulty in design of saddle type.
