摘要
农村教师在乡村基础教育改革中扮演着关键的角色。受后现代主义思想的影响,农村教师面临着知识规范样式的渐变、知识主体角色的演变和知识评价模式的嬗变等挑战,使农村教师陷入有别于城市教师关于知识的社会背景、文化系统和话语实践等困境。农村教师应以农村社区为基点,以发展城乡教师共同体为路径,以地方性知识为支撑,以自我更新为方法,实现自身的专业发展。
Rural teachers are playing an important role in rural reform of basic education.Affected by the post-modem democratic thoughts,rural teachers facing knowledge specification styles of the gradient, the role of knowledge in the main body of the evolution and evaluation model of knowledge evolution.Rural teachers in knowledge about the social background, culture system and discourse practice dilemma against with urban teachers.Rural teachers can achieve their own professional development by using rural community as the starting point,using the teachers' community as the path, using the local knowledge as the support, using the self-renew method as the method.
