摘要
目的:分析我国二级以上医院放射医疗设备资源配置现况,为合理配置我国二级以上医院的放射医疗设备资源提供依据。方法:对2015年全国二级以上放射医疗设备资源的相关数据,采用地方汇总上报的普查方式进行搜集。收集数据采用SPSS 21.0进行统计学处理。结果:截至2015年底,我国共有60 463台放射医疗设备,包括X线机13 200台,计算机X线摄影系统(CR)3 897台,数字X射线摄影系统(DR)12 662台,胃肠机5 676台,乳腺钼靶2 460台,电子计算机X射线断层扫描(CT)12 888台,核磁共振成像系统(MRI)6 762台,数字减影血管造影设备(DSA)2 918台。我国放射医疗设备资源配置不均衡,且内部配置不合理。结论:科学整合放射医疗设备资源,促进地区间的平衡发展,实现资源的优化配置。
Objective: To analyze the status of radioactive medical equipment allocation in secondary and tertiary hospitals in China in order to provide evidence for allocation planning of radioactive medical equipment. Methods: Local summary general reported by secondary and tertiary hospitals was used to collect the related data of radioactive medical resources in secondary and tertiary hospitals in 2015. SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze data. Results: By the end of 2015, there were 60 463 sets of radioactive medical equipment, including 13 200 sets of medical x-ray machine, 3 897 sets of computed radiography ( CR ), 12 662 sets of digital radiography ( DR ), 5 676 sets of gastrointestinal apparatus, 2 460 sets of breast molybdenum target, 12 888 sets of computed tomography( CT ), 6 762 sets of magnetic resonance imaging( MRI ), and 2 918 sets of digital subtraction angiography ( DSA ). The allocation of radioactive medical resources in China was quite unequal and the internal structure of allocation was not reasonable. Conclusion: It is suggested to promote balanced development between regions, scientifically integrate radioactive medical equipment and realize integration and optimization of resource allocation.
