儿科门急诊输液流程再造的效果分析

Effect analysis on process optimization of pediatric intravenous infusion in outpatient and emergency departments

目的:优化儿童门急诊输液流程,提升儿童门急诊的工作效率,为患儿提供最优质的护理。方法:借助信息化平台,取消患儿家属取药环节,打通儿童门急诊药房与静脉配置中心的链接,增加药师核对,从而实现儿童门急诊流程再造。调查改造前后各3年的患儿输液等候时间、患儿满意度、输液不良反应、药物投诉等方面的差异以及改造后的医护人员满意度。结果:改造后患儿输液等候时间明显缩短,可达(29.84±3.95)min、患儿满意度从70%提高到85%(P<0.01)、医护人员满意度高达95%、输液不良反应明显减少(P<0.05)、药物投诉减少到0起。结论:改造后的儿童门急诊输液流程能最大程度上提高工作效率、保证患儿用药安全,从而提升儿科护理质量和护患满意度,为构建和谐的儿科护患关系提供帮助。

Objective： To optimize the process in order to improve the work efficiency of intravenous infusion center in a tertiary children＇s medical center, and to provide high-quality nursing care for pediatric patients. Methods： Based on hospital information platform, the reform improved work flow of the pediatric intravenous infusion center by connecting the access between clinic pharmacy and pharmacy intravenous admixture service instead of parents＇ transferring medicines by themselves, and enhanced medication administration safety of pediatric patients by rechecking medications by A self-designed questionnaire was used to compare patients＇ pharmacists. waiting time, infusion adverse reaction and medication complaint of patients, satisfaction rates of patients and medical staff for three years both before and after optimization. Results： This results showed that waiting time was shortened to （ 29.84 ± 3.95 ）minutes per patient, the satisfaction rate of patients increased from 70% to 85% （ P〈0.01 ）, the satisfaction rate of medical staff significantly increased to 95%, infusion adverse reaction of these sick children sharply decreased （ P〈0.05 ）, and there was no medication complaint in this intravenous infusion center. Conclusion： The process optimization effectively improved work efficiency of intravenous infusion center, and protected safety of children＇s medication administration, as well as improved pediatric nursing quality. This reform also helped to improve the relationship between patients and medical staff.
