职业院校专业教师企业素养提升的实践研究

A Study on the Improvement of Enterprise Qualification of Specialized Teachers in Vocational Colleges

文章在探讨职业院校专业教师的企业素养内涵建设基础上,结合职业院校教师发展规律,提出了不同阶段职业院校教师需要具备的企业素养,并相应地创建了五个可推广的具有企业元素的职业院校教师企业素养提升的培训新平台。

On the basis of discussing the connotation construction of enterprise qualification of specialized teachers and combining with the development law of teachers in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward five new platforms for the training teachers to meet the en- terprise literacy needed at different stages, and to improve the enterprise quality of specialized teachers in vocational colleges.
