A Theoretical Framework of Marx's Property Right Economics——Based on the Logic of “North Evaluation”

基于道格拉斯·诺思对马克思产权理论贡献的评价,从产权的含义与本质、产权的起源与变迁、私有产权、公有产权及其效率、产权的属性及其分割,产权、阶级与国家等方面可见,马克思产权理论内容丰富、逻辑严密,不仅是当代中国社会主义产权经济学和产权改革实践的理论基础,而且也是当代西方产权经济学的重要理论来源。

Based on Douglass C. North＇ s evaluation of Marx＇ s contribution to the theory of property rights, judging from the meaning and nature of property rights, the origin and changes of property rights, private property rights, public property rights and its efficiency, the property and division of property rights, property rights, class and state, this paper believes that Marx＇ s theory of property rights is rich in content and rigorous in logic. It is not only the theoretical basis of the practice of socialist property rights economics and property rights reform in contemporary China, but also an important theoretical source of contemporary western property rights economics.
