摘要
动脉粥样硬化(AS)是众多心血管疾病的病理基础,研究发现外周5-羟色胺(5-HT)与动脉粥样硬化关系密切。本文综述外周5-羟色胺在动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中发挥的作用,包括促进巨噬细胞源性泡沫细胞形成,血管平滑肌细胞增殖和迁移,血管收缩,血小板聚集和血栓形成,并总结选择性5-羟色胺2A受体拮抗剂盐酸沙格雷酯在动脉粥样硬化治疗中的应用,以期为动脉粥样硬化研究提供新思路。
Atherosclerosis ( AS ) is the pathological basis of a variety of cardiovascular diseases, studies have found that peripheral serotonin (5-HT) and AS are closely related.This review summarizes the role of peripheral 5-HT in the develop- ment of AS, including the promotion of macrophage-derived foam cell formation, vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation and migration, vasoconstriction, platelet aggregation and thrombosis.At the same time, this review summarized the application of sarpogrelate hydrochloride in AS treatment to provide new ideas for AS research.
