2017年,是我国建立和实施缺陷汽车产品召回制度13周年。十几年来,我国汽车召回从无到有、从少到多,年召回数量不断增长,对消除汽车产品缺陷、保障交通安全发挥了重要作用。从世界范围来看,对缺陷汽车产品实施召回始于1966年的美国,后在许多国家推行;中国起步较晚,始于2004年国家质检总局等4部门发布的《缺陷汽车产品召回管理规定》（2004年10月1日实施）,

Domestic auto recall system has been in effective for 13 years,during which it had grown up from zero,and then developed into a normal condition with increasing numbers of recalled vehicles gradually.The recall system has played an important role in reducing various defects of auto products and assuring transport safety.
