多点平皿培养法在甲真菌病病原菌分离中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多点平皿培养法在甲真菌病病原菌分离中的应用,为临床诊断甲真菌病原菌提供参考依据。方法选取广东医科大学附属医院皮肤科门诊就诊的甲真菌病患者100例作为研究对象。收集病变甲屑标本124例进行甲真菌病原菌分离与鉴定,根据分离方法的不同分为观察组采用多点平皿培养法,对照组采用常规试管培养法,比较分析不同培养方法病原菌分离的阳性率、病原菌种类的构成以及其污染率。结果观察组124例甲屑标本,阳性84例(67.7%),污染16例(12.9%);对照组124例甲屑标本,阳性61例(49.2%),污染5例(4.0%),组间对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组致病菌分离鉴定结果显示,皮肤癣菌分别为51.19%、70.49%、酵母菌分别为35.71%、19.67%、霉菌分别为2.38%、0.00%。观察组和对照组分别检出混合感染9例、6例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲真菌病原菌分离中采用多点平皿培养法,具有较高的阳性率,较常规试管培养法能提高病原菌的检出率。 Objective To explore the application of multi-point plate culture in the isolation of onychomycosis pathogens. Methods 124 cases of pathological specimens of the lesions wore collected for the isolation and identification of fungal pathogens. The observation group was treated with multi-point plate culture method, while the control group was treated with conventional tube culture method. Results The observation group of 124 cases of a chip were positive in 84 cases (67.7%), 16 cases of pollution (12.9%); 124 cases in the control group a crumb specimens, 61 were positive (49.2%), 5 cases of pollution (4.0%), the comparison between the two groups, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); the observation group and the control group the pathogen identification results showed that dermatophytes were 51.19%, 70.49%, 35.71%, 19.67% respectively, yeast and mold were 2.38%, 0.00%. In the observation group and the control group, 9, 6 cases of mixed infection were detected, and there were no significant difference betweentwo groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The method of multi-point plate culture in the isolation of onychomycosis fungi has a higher positive rate, which can improve the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria compared with the conventional culture method.
