摘要 目前,随着我国人们的维权意识日益提高,同时因为医疗机构整体信任度明显下降,医疗法规以及卫生体制不健全,社会舆论导向发生偏差,导致医疗纠纷的几率呈现上升趋势。然而在医疗纠纷高发的今天,如何预防、降低医疗纠纷的发生以及如何应对这些医疗纠纷成为医院管理者所面对的一件比较棘手的问题。本文从医患双方的角度出发,分析彼此之间存在的不足和认识的错位,并通过对我院老年医学科成功缔造零医疗纠纷进行的分析,以期寻找彼此和谐相处的平衡点。 At present, as the awareness of human rights in our country is increasing day by day, because the overall trust degree of medical institutions is obviously decreased, the medical regulations and the health system are not perfect, and the deviation of social public opinion leads to the rising trend of medical disputes. However, in the high incidence of medical disputes today, how to prevent and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes and how to deal with these medical disputes to become a hospital manager faced with a more difficult problem. In this paper, from the perspective of both doctors and patients, the analysis of each other between tha shortcomings and understanding of the dislocation, and through our hospital Geriatrics to create a successful analysis of zero medical disputes in order to find a harmonious point of mutual harmony.
